Steven Eisner founded ISSI in 1996. With a background as COO and Chief Administrator of a healthcare system, he has served on multiple boards for healthcare organizations and People Assisting the Homeless, bringing valuable experience in operations and social impact.

Jim, an innovative hospital CEO, excels at enhancing patient experience, employee engagement, and market share. Committed to client service at ISSI, he holds a law degree, a master’s in healthcare leadership, and is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Marine Corps veteran.

David applies his strong organizational skills at Integrated Support Solutions Inc. and Integrated Nutrition Consultants to develop strategic partnerships across hospitality, business, healthcare, and education, driving growth. His expertise and trusted client relationships earned him this expanded role.

As Principal Officer, Nashwa has aligned Human Resources with ISSI’s goals, leading efforts in system development, program implementation, and culture management. She directs talent acquisition, employee relations, business partnerships, and risk management.

Cindy Graham, VP of HR and a founding member of ISSI, is instrumental in shaping company policies and managing key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance, ensuring ISSI maintains a strong, supportive workplace culture.

Dan, an Accounting graduate from Illinois State University, brings 20 years of corporate accounting experience, including leadership at a Fortune 500 insurer. Now CFO at Integrated Support Solutions, Inc., he focuses on growth and service, enjoying outdoor activities in his free time.

Scott McClanahan, National Director of Operations at ISSI for nearly a decade, brings over 25 years in healthcare management. His expertise spans environmental services, facilities management, hospitality/food services, EOC, and regulatory compliance.

Todd Austin, National Culinary Director, brings 30 years of experience across various food service sectors, including restaurants, retail, education, and healthcare. His versatility in cooking authentic international cuisine reflects his passion for food quality and serving others.

Pebbles brings over ten years of operational experience to ISSI’s Services departments. Her leadership style emphasizes service, fostering teamwork and enhancing the management team through recognition, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
